Click the font file to have it opened in the Font Book and install it on your Mac.Some fonts, though, do not save in the downloads folder but are openly available after downloading. Click the folder with the extracted files to get the downloaded file with the font.Navigate to recent downloads on your user account.Download the preferred font from the various free font websites and click the “Finder” icon to launch the Finder open it in Font Book and click “Install Font.”.
